It is getting increasingly difficult for companies in the Life Sciences Industry to recruit qualified staff. The BioActors Job Platform pools members of the Swiss Biotech Association to pool interests and to discuss future requirements and needs. Dedicated events for job seekers and employers, job fairs and the job portal "jobs@swissbiotech" are only some of the activities within the BioActors Platform.

BNF (Biomedizin - Naturwissenschaft - Forschung) is a programme of temporary occupation for highly qualified people in search of employment. BNF encompasses project participation in the environment of the factual job market, complementary courses and the possibility of individual coaching.

Due to the recent economic situation the BNF services for up to 6 month projects is now also available for companies.

Initiatives and programs such as industry internships within life sciences
