Application Specialist

Role

• Pioneer and grow applications for rqmicro.COUNT in the fields of industry, facility management and service labs (see Applications).
• Deliver exceptional technical support to customers for product sales or demonstrations.
• Perform application support, technical trainings and provide technical information to customers and collaboration partners.
• Act as the point of contact for the customer helpdesk and perform remote or onsite troubleshooting.
• Provide input from the perspective of application and user requirements for product development

Profile

• Passion for safe and sustainable water management in production plants, facility management and water reuse
• Work experience related to water analysis, water treatment or hygiene management in food and beverage production is an advantage
• BSc or MSc degree in life sciences, environmental sciences or environmental engineering
• Basic lab experience is a must-have; experience with flow cytometry is an asset
• Open minded, self-driven and customer-focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Well-organized, team player, willing to take responsibility
