LimmaTech Biologics AG is a Swiss clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. We are advancing our proprietary vaccine pipeline to halt the increasing threat of global infections due to emerging antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and sexually transmitted diseases. To support our CFO, we are currently looking for a:

Financial Analyst (100%)

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field and have a minimum of three years’ experience in finance with a strong background in financial analyses and financial forecasting. Demonstrated working experience in a biotech or pharma setting would be ideal.

As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic financial planning and decision-making
  • Working closely with department heads and project managers, producing the annual budget plus periodic forecasts
  • Analyzing and reporting on the variances and making recommendations in presentations to stakeholders
  • Assisting in the monthly financial close process together with external accounting firm
  • Developing tools for project managers to assist them in producing budgets and tracking expenses
  • Performing NPV calculations on current and potential programs, including researching and suggesting the various inputs to the model
  • Leading the reporting process, including annual and periodic financials, progress reports to funding agencies, and ESG reporting
  • Supporting fund raising efforts from investors and non-dilutive sources, including contributing the financial narratives and producing presentations

You are an efficient and enthusiastic team player with:

  • Proficient experience with financial analysis and forecasting
  • Attention to detail
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and across various teams
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
