In-House IP Counsel

Monte Rosa Therapeutics AG is seeking a In-House Intellectual Property Counsel to join its Legal team. The candidate will thrive in a fast paced, high-performing, collaborative scientific environment, ideally with a proven track-record of working across functions and teams within the biopharmaceutical industry. The candidate will have a practice of providing creative, business-focused solutions to internal business partners, and will be highly experienced in the management and mentorship of internal and external resources, including legal counsel, particularly in the area of intellectual property law. The role will provide the candidate with the opportunity to lead building Monte Rosa’s intellectual property function and to service its broader legal and business needs at a time of exponential company growth. The candidate will have at least fifteen (15) years of relevant in-house experience. The role will report to the General Counsel.
