Manufacturing Support Technician

A day in the Life of a Manufacturing Support Technician

Project duties:

• During design and start up of new production line: support operational readiness in area of expertise such as material management, cleanroom room readiness, training, compliance
• Participates in Technology Transfer of new products
  Supports CVQ, PQ, Process Validation execution
• Is responsible for the daily support of manufacturing, including compliance, KPI, scheduling, material management, change controls, investigation, CAPA, etc
• Support Manufacturing Excellence in order to run robustly and smoothly
• Participates in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns
• Build cross functional teams and interact with other support functions such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and other relevant functional areas
• Participate in New Product Introduction activities

Education and skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biology / Food Science
• Language: English, German is a plus
• 3-5 years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment
• The function requires a first experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Willingness to learn
• On-call duties is expected
