CDR-Life is a young and innovative biotech company based in Schlieren, Zurich, where we develop novel immunotherapies against cancer based on our unique MHC targeting (M-gager®) technology. We are a dynamic mission-driven company with a highly collaborative approach. The Project Group leads CDR-Life’s development projects and advances these assets from discovery stage through early clinical trials. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced:

Project Leader

Leading biologics development projects through clinical proof of concept

The project leader will be responsible for leading the multidisciplinary team creating, driving, and executing the project strategy in close alliance with internal functional experts and third-party contractors. We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organized team player who understands drug development, is proficient in preparing and running efficient meetings, and enjoys working in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of the project strategy
• Define key questions, set project goals, and track progress
• Create project documentation including overarching summaries and development plans
• Facilitate communication, ensure alignment, and coordinate documentation between line functions, collaboration partners, and third-party contractors and experts

Your Profile

• Life science degree: MSc, PhD, or MD
• Minimum of 3 years of project manager or project leader experience in biotech/pharma environment
• Work experience from cross functional drug development teams in biotech/pharma and profound knowledge of the drug development process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Oncology and T cell engager expertise is a plus
• Fluency in English
