Senior Scientist Antibody Discovery

We are offering a leading role in a novel, well-funded, small but fast growing pre-clinical R&D biotech company based in Bellinzona with cutting edge projects and state of the art laboratory equipment, including robotic lines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of laboratory experience and PhD or similar with work in antibody discovery and/or display technologies , experience in design engineering and characterization of antigens and antibodies.

Furthermore experience in expression and purification of recombinant proteins is considered a plus.

The jobholder will take care of antibody discovery using proprietary nanobody display libraries performing antibody selection strategies from antigen design to candidate characterization. The owner of the position will manage the scientific relationship and projects with our R&D partners making effective presentation and discussion of results both in internal and external meetings.
