CDR-Life is a young and innovative biotech company based in Zurich where we develop novel immunotherapies against cancer based on our unique MHC-targeting M-gager® technology. We are a mission-driven company with a constant learning culture and a highly collaborative approach.
The Developability Group is responsible for biophysical and affinity characterization of all molecules to help select the strongest molecules as drug candidates. The group, with its specialized analytical methods, works in very close collaboration with the Discovery Group and the Technical Development Unit. To support our Developability Group, we are looking for a:
Technical Scientist for Biophysical Characterization (100%)
In-depth protein analysis to define the developability potential of drug candidates
The successful candidate will develop and conduct biophysical assays to guide the drug candidate selection of multi-specific antibodies from early lead optimization campaigns to in-depth characterization of selected clinical candidates. This includes accelerated stability studies, solubility profiling, testing aggregation propensity, chemical degradation analysis, and other critical developability parameters. Your results will have immediate impact on the decisions of the cross-functional project teams.
We are offering a job in a fast-growing biotech company with a chance to learn about excellence in developability analysis with insight and contribution to the full preclinical biotherapeutics development process.
