Membership categories

Categories 1 to 7 apply to dedicated biotech companies within Switzerland.

Associated membership applies to foreign companies without location in Switzerland and companies without a specific biotech dedication, such as PR companies, financial institutions and consulting companies.

Full membership fee is due for the calendar year in which you applied for membership (no pro-rata membership fee).

Membership renews automatically on a yearly basis. Notice and withdrawal of membership only to be given in advance by year end (postal date December 31) for the following year.

Category 1 (1 – 9 employees): CHF 1,000 Category 2 (10 – 19 employees): CHF 1,500 Category 3 (20 – 49 employees): CHF 2,000 Category 4 (50 – 149 employees): CHF 4,000 Category 5 (150 – 249 employees):CHF 8,000 Category 6 (> 250 employees): CHF 12,000 Category 7 (startups, first 3 years after inception): CHF 500 Associated Membership (no voting rights): CHF 5,000
