For the past 4 years, the Swiss Biotech Association has been successfully hosting CEO meetings for the leaders of this industry. Now we are extending this opportunity to connect and collaborate with HR leaders.

The Swiss Biotech Association aims to create an informal and engaging environment where you can openly discuss your specific needs as an HR professional in the biotech industry. We like to exchange ideas, share experiences, and collaboratively shape the ideal framework conditions to attract and retain top talents.
