Life sciences investors consistently ask for one thing early: a clear Target Product Profile (TPP). Why? Because without it, a project is simply not investment-ready.
Whatever your innovative product, biotech, pharma, or medtech, this document is the strategic backbone that aligns:
• Clinical strategy
• Regulatory pathway
• CMC development
• Nonclinical planning
• Commercial positioning and reimbursement
• Investor narrative
Yet many founders struggle to draft one, largely because this discipline is rarely taught in academia or because they underestimate their strategic value to commercial partners and investors.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn:
• What a strong strategic document truly contains
• Why investors and partners rely on it
• Who should drive its development
• When to draft and refine it
• How it classifies strategy, de-risks development and strengthens fundraising
Who Should Attend
• Scientists transitioning into entrepreneurship
• Life sciences founders preparing for fundraising
• Executives shaping development strategy
• Innovation leaders evaluating pipeline projects
This lunchtime workshop will guide founders through the strategic foundation of an investment-ready life sciences venture.
