Your mission
We are looking for a motivated Compounding Operator ready to work in shifts in Visp and make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. If you combine technical expertise with precision and a cooperative spirit, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic GMP environment.

As a Compounding Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:
Control and execution of the manufacturing of product solutions on a pilot scale, the core of liquid pharmaceutical filling.
Active involvement in the operation of our highly automated, modern filling plant. You monitor the process and perform essential activities on the isolator.
Supporting the Line Supervisor/Anlagemeister during the mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling plant.
Ensuring complete, precise documentation of all manufacturing steps and adherence to the strictest quality standards through product controls using laboratory equipment.
Joint responsibility for the strict adherence to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
Proactive contribution within the production team towards the continuous further development and optimization of work processes.

Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who is ready to actively grow with us, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced cooperative spirit.

The ideal candidate will have:
Completed apprenticeship as a Chemical / Biological Laboratory Technician (Chemie-/Biologielaborant:in) or an equivalent qualification.
Some professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or QC Operator.
Possess practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and are proficient in the GMP environment.
Dedicated team player with very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Open to new ideas and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
Flexibility and motivated to continuously develop within our dynamic environment.
