CliniSciences is looking for a new Field Sales and Scientific Advisor in the Basel region.
CliniSciences markets reagents (radiochemicals, biological samples, antibodies, recombinant proteins, ELISA kits, RNAi, cDNA clones, probes, PCR/qPCR reagents, etc.) to diagnostic and research laboratories. As a highly dynamic company, we do our best to stay close to our customers’ needs—both through the high-quality reagents we offer and the services we provide (e.g., assistance in finding specific antibodies, technical support, delivery time information, etc.).
Our most important assets for providing optimal service to our customers: adaptability, flexibility, responsiveness, and of course, the expertise of a technical specialist dedicated to serving our customers.
Job profile:
Promote our product line in the domestic market
Meet the scientific and technical expectations of customers
Participate in tender procedures
Attend workshops and exhibitions
Provide consulting and solutions to generate and grow business
Follow up on customer quotations and contract closures
Report activities and performance to management via the CRM system
Maintain customer data in the company’s CRM database
Participate in internal meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
Required scientific background: PhD in Biology/Biochemistry
Dynamic and committed
Sociable, engaging with customers, management, and colleagues
Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German/English
Negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
Confident phone presence regarding scientific and technical topics as well as scheduling
Salary: Base salary 80,000 to 100,000 CHF (depending on experience) + bonus based on target achievement

Location: Basel region, with 4–5 travel days per month to other universities and industrial cities
