Strategic planning for health interventions

Participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills to assess the health situation in resource poor settings in order to set priorities for interventions that are consistent with existing national health policies. Moreover, participants will focus on how best to meet the needs and demands of the population and will be able to design a health programme or project using standard planning tools.

The short course consists of 10 weeks of self-paced learning and one face-to-face week (at Swiss TPH, Kreuzstrasse 2, Allschwil).

The course is one of Swiss TPH's Management Courses that can be combined to the MBA International Health Management. Members of the Swiss Biotech Association benefit from reduced course fees, the same fees as for MBA International Health Management students.
