HGF Partner Garreth Duncan will provide an update on key developments in SPC law and discuss the implications for rights holders. Garreth has deep experience in chemical patents, particularly pharmaceuticals, from both private practice and as an in-house attorney at Pfizer, and is an expert in SPCs and regulatory protection for pharmaceutical products.
