SOPHiA GENETICS has launched a new podcast series titled Decoded, hosted by CEO Dr. Jurgi Camblong. The series aims to make complex medical technologies, from AI-powered diagnostics to liquid biopsy, accessible and understandable to healthcare professionals and the wider public.

The opening episode, Liquid Biopsy Decoded, features Prof. Umberto Malapelle, Chair of the Predictive Molecular Pathology Laboratory at the University of Naples Federico II and President of the International Society of Liquid Biopsy. The discussion explores how liquid biopsies and clinical AI are transforming cancer diagnosis and why the public conversation on AI must go beyond generative models.
