Arzanya and leadXpro AG announce a partnership to explore the potential for combining their specific technology platforms and knowledge to discover macrocyclic ligands binding to membrane protein drug targets.

The collaboration will combine Arzanya’s high-throughput yeast display screening platform for the selection of peptide macrocycles with leadXpro’s expertise in membrane protein generation, structure determination and the application of biophysical methods to investigate the potential for discovering novel ligands against challenging membrane protein drug targets.

Michael Hennig, leadXpro, states: “We’re excited to complement our capabilities with Arzanya’s novel yeast display technology for macrocyclic peptide discovery and expand the druggable target space.”
